1. Who these terms cover
This website is operated by PT. Kelana Lima Nusantara, Jl Langgar IV no 25, Kemiri Muka, Beji, Depok, Jawa Barat 16423, Indonesia. In this document, we and us mean that company, and you means anyone using the site. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
2. What this website is
It describes what we do: n8n workflow automation, Cloudflare infrastructure, network consulting and telecom field services. The descriptions, capability lists and figures on it are informational. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, not a quotation, and not a commitment to any specific scope, price, timeline or result.
3. Engaging us for work
A working relationship starts only when both sides sign a contract, work order or written proposal. That document sets the scope, deliverables, price, schedule, confidentiality terms, acceptance criteria and support arrangements. Where it conflicts with anything on this website, the signed document wins.
4. Acceptable use
You may read this site, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host, or any connected system
- Probe, scan or load test the infrastructure without our written permission
- Scrape the contact details published here in order to send unsolicited marketing
- Republish the content as your own, or present yourself as us or as our partner
- Use the site in a way that breaks Indonesian law or the law where you are
5. Intellectual property
The text, layout, code, company mark and wordmark on this site belong to us. Product screenshots shown as delivered work belong to the client that owns that product and are published here with their agreement. Third-party names and logos, including n8n, Cloudflare and Google Play, belong to their respective owners and appear here to describe technology and distribution channels we work with. Their appearance is not a claim of endorsement by those companies.
6. Links and third-party services
This site links to services we do not run, including jelajahmasjid.com and the Google Play store listing for the Jelajah Masjid app. Those services have their own terms and their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or anything you agree to on them.
7. Availability and accuracy
We keep the site accurate and online, but we do not guarantee either. Content can go out of date, and the site may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting incidents or events outside our control. The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind to the extent Indonesian law permits.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the liability terms agreed in a signed contract for delivered work, which stand on their own.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes arising from them that cannot be settled by discussion are subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Depok, Jawa Barat, unless a signed contract between us names a different forum for that engagement.
10. Changes and contact
