1. Who we are
PT. Kelana Lima Nusantara is an Indonesian limited liability company operating from Jl Langgar IV no 25, Kemiri Muka, Beji, Depok, Jawa Barat 16423, Indonesia. 2. What this site collects
Nothing directly. kelanalima.com is a static site. It has no contact form, no account system, no comment field and no newsletter signup. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, heatmaps or any other third-party script on it. Your visit is not profiled and no identifier is stored on your device.
3. Hosting and request logs
The site is delivered by a hosting provider on our behalf. Like every web host, it receives the technical data a browser must send for a page to load:
- IP address of the connecting network
- Browser and operating system identifier (user agent)
- URL requested, timestamp and response status
- Referring URL, when your browser sends one
That data is processed for one purpose only: delivering the page and protecting the service against abuse and attack. We do not use it for marketing, we do not combine it with anything else, and we do not sell or share it. Retention is set by the provider's standard log policy, which is short term.
4. When you contact us
If you call, message or email us, we hold what you choose to send: your name, your phone number or email address, the company you represent, and the content of the enquiry. We use it to answer you and to scope the work you asked about. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship is live, plus the period Indonesian tax and company record rules require. We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking for it.
5. Cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in local storage. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. Your browser or your network may still cache files, which is normal HTTP behaviour and not something we control or read.
6. Apps we publish
We build and publish mobile applications, including Jelajah Masjid on Google Play. Those apps are separate products with their own data handling. What each app collects is declared in its Data safety section on its Google Play listing and in any privacy notice shipped inside the app. This page does not describe them. If you have a question about a specific app, email us and we will point you to the right document.
7. Links to other sites
This site links out to third parties, including jelajahmasjid.com and Google Play. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's service, under their privacy policy. We have no control over what they collect.
8. Your rights
Under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection you may ask us to confirm what personal data of yours we hold, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, or to stop processing it. Ask by email or phone using the details in section 1. We answer within a reasonable period and we do not charge for it. If you believe we have handled your data badly, you are entitled to complain to the competent Indonesian authority.
9. Changes and contact
